the location is supposed to be good, but walking to abdali mall is an absolute hassle, not to mention the toilet shower that needs serious attention. i almost would have give a good review, but i expected special treatment that never came! disappointed that no one offered a complimentary gesture to make up for all the troubles.

spacious accommodation, close proximity to Abdali Mall, quiet residential street
The walk to Abdali Mall involves a detour along busy roads!!! The absence of air conditioning left the room uncomfortably warm, making sleep a challenge!!!

The hotel was a perfect base for our family exploring Amman. We loved the nearby mini-marts for quick snacks, and the clean facilities made our stay comfortable. The friendly staff were a highlight, and the delicious breakfast offered authentic local flavors.
My wife says that more toddler-friendly amenities would have improved our stay.

Couple getaway success
I couldn’t have been more impressed with how welcoming the staff was. Mr Rami was there to give me not just a room with an awesome view of the city but also some great tips on places to visit. The breakfast was a highlight — fresh sausages, delicious olive oil, and the kind staff made each morning special.
It wasn’t exactly low-priced, but for what I got, it felt justified.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring every need was met, including flexible check-in times. The cleanliness of the suite was a highlight, providing a welcoming escape with a cozy ambiance. Breakfast offered a delightful selection, including tasty fries, which added to a pleasurable start to each day. A minor issue was the lack of curtains on the windows, making privacy a concern at night.
